We will manufacture aluminum slits using our thin plate microfabrication technology. It is printable, has high durability, and is produced with metal photo technology that has a lifespan of 25 years.

We have manufactured a slit plate for the encoder and a disk using thin plate microfabrication with aluminum. This aluminum is made of Metal Photo, a highly weather-resistant material with a lifespan of 25 years. Using this printing technology, we created a sample with a thickness of 0.2 mm. Our company has introduced a fiber laser with a beam diameter of 40 μm, making it possible to perform microfabrication on thin plates as well.
